02 Our values

We want to offer clients ready-made solutionsOur philosophy is that client should receive a turnkey solution from us. Our main area of expertise is cutting processing. But often in order to get to an efficient solution, it doesn't work to start with a piece of raw metal, but rather with a pre-processed blank, be it melded, forged, or laser-cut. The components that we have already processed frequently need surfacing to improve corrosion resistance, or just to give a more aesthetically pleasing sheen. Metec CNC has cultivated around itself a network of proven suppliers, who are able to offer different pre- and post-production processes. If you wish, we can also arrange for assembly.
We provide tailor-made solutionsMetec CNC has adopted a long-term approach in developing its skills to be able to produce complex, high precision, and quality components. This strategy has required large investments in human capital, technology, and process management, which occasionally makes us “overqualified” when it comes to producing simpler components or products. Therefore, we can effectively manufacture components of all complexities and ensure that our clients do not need to look elsewhere for solutions.
We are trustworthyMetec CNC has been active in the international market for over 25 years. In that time, we have encountered many situations where, due to unforeseeable situations (such as a sudden increase in the price of raw materials, workforce shortages, and product development processes that turned out to be much longer and more costly than projected), we have had to expend our time and resources to fulfill a client’s contract.. When we have signed a contract with a client, we take full responsibility for the risks involved and do not use them as a pretext to back out of the agreement. We have implemented several risk management programs, which help us prevent problems that may arise from different, unexpected difficulties and reduce the possible financial implications.

Good working conditions, agreements honoured, working relationships based on mutual respect, and interesting work that provides personal development are some of the conditions that have kept some of our colleagues working with us for decades, and have encouraged the younger generation to join our company. In Metec’s 25 years of operations, we cannot find a single key client that has terminated our partnership during this period.
